We are a referral-only veterinary dental practice in SW Calgary, offering high level dentistry and anesthesia to our referral patients.  We pride ourselves on having excellent communication with clients, referring veterinarians, and with our own team members.  We are always innovating and learning, ensuring our practice is continually advancing and growing.  We also offer an out-patient Cone Beam CT service to our referral practitioners.

The right candidate will be warm and compassionate and have strong communication skills.  They will be detail oriented and will work well in a collaborative team setting.  Our client care specialist is the first voice and first face that our clients hear and see, and they play a huge role in making our patients and their owners feel welcomed.  When patients and owners feel comfortable in our clinic, it lessens the stress and worry that comes along with leaving their fur baby in our care. Having client care or reception experience, a Veterinary Medical Receptionist Certificate, or Veterinary Office Assistant Certificate is an asset.

Duties of our client care specialist/receptionist:

                -Being that first warm voice/face our clients encounter

                -Answering incoming phone calls

                -Calling our referrals to book consultations

                -Booking follow up appointments

                -Taking payments

                -Ensuring our reception area is kept neat & tidy

                -Assisting in end of day cleaning

                -Assisting in organizing CE events and clinic events
